Fruit ripening is a complex developmental regulation process, during whicha series of physiological, biochemical changes take place. It is also relate toa series of gene expression and regulation. In recent years, study about fruitripening in gene regulation has become a very active field. How to extend fruitstorage life based on fruit ripening gene modification is becoming a hot topic.The majority of drug molecules effect through binding with biological andmacromolecules ( such as protein). So we must findhighly affinity and selective binding ligand to getlow toxicity drug. Therefore fishing the specificity ligandis extremely important to scientific research and medical fields.
